Terms of Use

Last updated: June 14, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, intake forms, content, and related escrow and transaction services provided by BridgeSafe, Inc. ("BridgeSafe," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. About This Site and Our Services

BridgeSafe provides regulated, crypto-friendly escrow and transaction support services for real estate and high-value OTC transactions. This website is the primary way to learn about our services and initiate contact.

Submitting a form, completing a qualification flow, or contacting us through the site does not create a client relationship, escrow engagement, or obligation to provide services. Formal engagements are established through separate written agreements.

2. Escrow and Transaction Services

Any escrow, OTC transaction, or related services will be governed by a separate written agreement, service order, or engagement terms agreed to by both parties. Those agreements — not these Terms — govern the rights and obligations of the parties with respect to any specific transaction.

3. Not Legal, Tax, or Investment Advice

BridgeSafe facilitates compliant escrow transactions and provides KYC/AML support, documentation, and transaction process guidance. This is not the same as legal, tax, financial, or investment advice.

Nothing on this site or communicated by BridgeSafe in connection with an inquiry or transaction constitutes legal advice, tax advice, investment advice, or any other form of professional advice regulated by law. You are responsible for your own decisions and should consult a qualified attorney, CPA, or financial advisor regarding the legal, tax, and financial implications of any transaction.

4. Compliance and KYC/AML

As part of our services, BridgeSafe may collect identity verification information and documentation required to fulfill KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) obligations. Participation in our escrow or OTC services requires cooperation with these compliance processes. We reserve the right to decline or terminate any engagement that cannot be completed in compliance with applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
  • Interfere with, disrupt, scrape, probe, or misuse the site
  • Introduce malicious code, bots, or harmful material
  • Misrepresent your identity or submit false information

6. Intellectual Property

The site, including its software, design, branding, copy, graphics, interfaces, and materials, is owned by BridgeSafe or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by us in writing, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise use the site or its content.

7. Third-Party Services

The site may reference or link to third-party websites, tools, platforms, or services. We are not responsible for third-party products, content, terms, availability, or privacy practices.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. BridgeSafe disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BridgeSafe and its owners, affiliates, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the site.

To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

10. Changes to the Site

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time, with or without notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be effective when posted with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the site after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
